The digital illustration is printed on 300gsm paper card, with a silk finish. There is space on the back to add a personal message, your address and a stamp. Postcard size is  1420 x 105 mm or 4.13 x 5.203 inches.

Non-refundable items:

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing Orders
It takes on average 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) for products to be processed, printed and packaged ready for postage. 

Postage and Approximate Delivery times
Postage and delivery varies depending on each item and which delivery method you've chosen. 

Small and medium prints such as postcards, A5, A4 and A3 prints are delivered Via Royal Mail Standard Economy. Larger prints such as A2, A1, A0 prints are delivered via DPD next day delivery within the UK.
